Clansite from the Celtic Warriors.
This site however also functions as a portal to Unreal. The site offers
the biggest downloads in the Unreal community for maps, mods, servertools,
etc. and of course the High-Resolution-Textures for Unreal (and UnrealTournament).
The site is also the base for the Unreal-Retexturing-Project (for
short URP or URProject) and hosts the online TextureDatabase. Downside
from this site still is that it lacks good technical info, though
